If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of service activation or the date of account termination. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable taxes, including GST.
Refunds are issued only for the unused amount, calculated on a pro-rata basis. Amounts for services already used are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued either as a credit note or to the original payment method, at ConvertWay's sole discretion.

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if they are made within 48 hours of service activation.If you feel the service does not match the details shared with you, please inform our Support Team within 48 hours of activation. The team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision.By using ConvertWay, you accept the terms of this policy in its current form, along with any future revisions.If you are dissatisfied with ConvertWay's services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the services and close your ConvertWay account by informing us in writing. Closing your account does not waive any outstanding dues, which will remain payable.ConvertWay reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for reasons including, but not limited to, failed verification, non-payment, violation of these terms, or use of the service for any illegal or unethical activity.
