Here's how you can set up Shopify abandoned cart recovery automation flow using The Convertway:
To set up the automation go to Flows > Whatsapp tab and click on the “Abandoned Cart Recovery” flow as shown in the below image.
To trigger an abandoned cart notification, you need to specify a “Minimum Cart Value” below which the alert will not be triggered.
For example, if you set the minimum order value at $100, customers with carts below $100 won’t receive an abandoned cart alert. However, if the cart value exceeds $100 and is abandoned, a Whatsapp notification will be sent.
Easily track the sources of your website traffic and the performance of your cart recovery notifications by specifying UTM parameters like source, medium and campaigns.
Define when you want to send the automation to your customers. This is calculated from the time the cart was abandoned, allowing you to time your messages for maximum impact.
Enable the first follow-up and set it up by browsing through the templates in the Templates field.
